Michael Ramsey ran the world’s busiest F45 studio with over 450 members and Saturday morning classes that hit 72 people! Michael sold his F45 studios to launch Strong Pilates, a concept that uses a pilates reformer and Concept 2 Rower hybrid.
Strong Pilates has 14 locations opened and 87 confirmed (and counting). It’s a great story of growth that he shares openly.
